Cook & Eat – Indian Foods

During this session the participants will learn about the taste, flavour, aroma and richness of Indian spices. They will find out that apart from the flavours, the amazing health benefits of individual spices and ingredients. Participants will learn how to utilise a variety of spices and outsource local ingredients to cook “Like an Indian”. Everyone eats what we cook with the option to takeaway.
